Built by a live UK practice. Productised for the next one.
PracticeBase is not software designed from a boardroom. Every layer in the stack is in daily use inside a working UK accountancy practice — built by people who know what it costs to chase the wrong invoice at 8pm.
Operator-led credibility, not testimonial theatre.
PracticeBase is the operating stack used inside a working UK practice — and that is the credibility moat. Shown concretely, not as a quote on a homepage.
Who built PracticeBase?
PracticeBase was built by Rajoka from the operating needs of a live UK accountancy practice. The product vocabulary is therefore practical rather than abstract: clients, deadlines, AML evidence, payroll, MTD, calls, bookkeeping, month-end pressure, onboarding and owner capacity. That lived context is what separates the platform from generic software sold into professional services.
The operating stack of a real UK practice — productised.

PracticeBase let us add forty clients before we even had to think about the next hire. The £30k we didn’t spend on a junior covered three years of the platform.

One call with a UK specialist. We map your current stack, score your vendor sprawl, and show you what an avoided hire looks like in your numbers. No sales theatre.
