This notice explains what personal data this website (practicebase.co.uk) collects, why, and who handles it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
PracticeBase is a Rajoka solution, run by the Rajoka team in the United Kingdom. The company responsible for your data is Rajoka Limited, registered in England & Wales, company number 12069067. Registered office: 64b Yardley Green Road, Birmingham, B9 5QE, United Kingdom. For anything in this notice, email [email protected].
What we collect
The practice review form. If you use the form on our Book page, the details you type (such as your name, email, phone, practice name, number of clients and notes) are put into an email addressed to us. The form does not send them to our servers. Your own email program opens with the message ready, and nothing reaches us unless you press send. If you do, we use what you sent only to reply to you and to arrange the review.
Emails you send us. If you write to [email protected], we keep the conversation so we can answer you and keep a record of it.
Visit counts. We count visits to the public pages of this site with Plausible Analytics. It is cookieless, stores nothing on your device and collects no personal data. Plausible is self-hosted on Rajoka infrastructure in the United Kingdom, so the counts are not sent to a third-party analytics company. When you submit the Book form we record only that it happened and the practice-size band you chose, never your name, email or phone number.
Cookies. This site sets no cookies for tracking or advertising.
Why we use it, and for how long
We use your details to respond to your enquiry. Our legal basis is legitimate interests (answering people who contact us) and, if you go on to become a customer, the contract between us. Enquiry emails currently have no fixed deletion date. Rajoka periodically reviews them and deletes those no longer needed, and we also delete them when you ask. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who handles data for us
Cloudflare delivers this website and the analytics traffic, and is a sub-processor. The website runs on Rajoka’s own servers in the United Kingdom, with Cloudflare in front. Email sent to [email protected] is handled by 20i (StackMail), our email provider.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
