How is PracticeBase priced?
Four tiers by client or matter band: Core £249/month (up to 75 clients), Pro £449/month (up to 150), Elite £749/month (up to 300), and Scale (custom for 300+). Annual commitment unlocks a 20% discount on any tier.
Is UK support included?
Yes. UK-based support is included on every tier — business hours on Core, extended hours on Pro, priority on Elite and dedicated on Scale. Each PracticeBase client is assigned a named UK specialist.
Is AML or CDD compliance included?
Yes — included on every tier. AML/KYC for accountancy practices and CDD for law firms is built into the platform; you do not pay an extra subscription for it.
Is UK back office included in the tier price?
No. UK back office (bookkeeping, admin and overflow handled by named UK staff) is priced separately by hours allocated, so practices only pay for what they use. It is available as an add-on on Core, Pro and Elite, and bundled on Scale.
What contract length is required?
Monthly billing with 30 days notice to cancel — no multi-year lock-in. An annual commitment unlocks a 20% discount on the tier price.
